I am really disappointed with this theme and 24webgroup. It came broke out of the box and needed fixing from their part yet they don’t fix the version that you pay money for on this website. There are still many errors but after just 2 days they stopped responding to emails. If you read comments on their other themes you see people have the same problems.

Hello. I have a problem where a few errors appear in my website.

How do I solve this? Is there a new version or a patch to fix this problem? I noticed that a few of your customers were facing the same problem. Hope you can release a new version to fix these errors. Thank you.

Hello 24webgroup. I had purchased your theme. There I could find JS issues in home page; in category wise product listing.
Also I have seen one awkward issue. In admin, inside module, “wg24themeoptionpanel” module has been disappeared. But in frontend everything is working fine.
Can you please let me know why this happen?
