I use the theme for 2 years now and is the first time that i try to update the theme. I am getting errors and the website went down. Is there any issue with wordpress compatibility ? i am using 5.5.3 with PHP 7.4.8 on my local machine. I have already check the requirements and its fine. Also note that i need just to update the theme either automatically or manually.

Hi there. I made a site using Accounting with Visual Composer back in 2016. In 2019, my client stoped paying hosting and the site turned off. They came back to me some weeks ago and asked me to start over. I could fortunately catch back the domain name and launch a successful backup i made back then. The site is now online, back and front. However, the theme is 2.5 and i only managed to upgrade PHP version up to 7.0. When i try upgrading to last theme version (3.8.1), i’ve got a big bug : all the Visual Composer blocks disappear and the frontend shows shortcodes instead. I also tried to upgrade WP Bakery with no result. Eventually I got back to old settings. Do you know this ? If in renew my support, would you assit me with that or should I let the site run with old settings ? Cheers. / olivier

Hi, I bought and install: http://anpsthemes.com/accounting-demo-10/ After installing it, I noticed that the text from the slider does not appear on a mobile device. Specifically, it appears very briefly and disappears immediately. It only remains to see the picture. I checked all the settings and they are fine. All visibility options are checked and turned on, the text correctly placed in place with the correct color, font and size. I noticed that “Slider Revolution” is noted as an unregistered plugin. Is that the problem? How do I solve it? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I know that my support expired a few days before, but suddenly on Homepage the logo changed and bring your demo logo “Accounting” (http://anpsthemes.com/accounting-demo-3/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/logo-primaryV6.png). Hi, I Updated the theme fromv3.6.3 to latest 3.8.1. PHP compatibility is not fixed, and icons have gone. I can only use php7.1. anything higher will cause errors.
