Info about the zoom in images animation The images will have a zoom in animation in Apple mail, iPhone and iPad with (other email clients see a normal image without zoom in animation) The zoom in animation is coded with CSS3 Keyframes MailChimp don’t accept CSS3 Keyframes so the zooming effect doesn’t work in MailChimp. Hi guys, any news about the new builder? Would be great to have the possibility to save templates. Having some issues with editing the background images in the builder, sometimes they do not update and it’s not easy to manage them through the sidebar. Wrote you in private about some gmail issues, if you could help, thanks.

Hi,
We are having multiple issues (alignment mainly) with campaigns sent through Mailchimp and viewed in Outlook 2016 and earlier. We are directly exporting the layout in the template builder and sending it, none the less we get errors.
I would also like to inquire about the plans to evolve the “template builder”, as it is right now the functionality is so basic that we end up having to edit the html manually.

Hi Rocketway, This template is no longer formatting correctly on mobile for Gmail app for Android, Android 6.0, or Gmail for iPhone for larger screens. I submitted a request earlier and hope to hear back soon.

Wondering if I could too check out the Litmus results and obtain a copy of how the email template would look in Outlook. Very worried that the title text and menu options are in white.

It says in the Compatible Browsers that it works in OutLook, Yet you use a lot of Background-images. I thought this wasn’t possible in Outlook and would make your top main image and some of your image modules appear blank. Is there a work around that I am not aware of?

Is there a way to save and load templates at the full version? We had some issues at our old provider where we needed to avoid closing the tab or we’ll loose every customization.
