I created the email on the builder and imported the zip on mailchimp, but when I try to send the test I’m the only one able to see the email in the right view, on other laptop (windows/outlook) the email is a mess. Why?

Hi, i’m sorry but i don’t think that your email template is compatible with Microsoft Outlook, i tried all your html templates and your template builder and none of them work properly in Microsoft Outlook. There’s no workaround for background images, td alignement, etc… Please verify with outlook 2010 and 2013. Contact me if you have any solution, otherwise i will ask my money back. Thanks

I cannot get this template to work for Outlook (or Outlook.com). The formatting is way off, and there are no background images. Also – the web builder does not let me continue to edit a template – I have to start from scratch every time?
