Video background do not working on smartphone ( just image background appear)

ALERT : There is a problem for Firefox on Mac. Loading demos blocks on the loader page. script problem? If you delete the loader page, the background images do not appear.

hi, we did download Rubis template and installed it on good new server. on apple Firefox and iPhone safari and safari (version 13.) it stocks on the loading page.
we did try out the index-slideshow.html style. all other are not working as well.
Only safari Version 11.1.2 and 12. on apple works.
any updates ? we did think it would work on all new browsers, and did buy it.

Hi, I’m sorry to insist, but the website must be online very soon and I still have this problem : on Internet Explorer 11 : when I use the anchor menu , and then I scroll to the top of the page, the URL become : http://demo.highhay.com/rubis/index-style-1.html#page-footer (instead of #home), and the elements of the section-home doesn’t display. Do you have a solution to fixe that ?

Hi there I tried to upload the theme that you have created, Rubis, and word press gave me an error saying “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” What do I do in this case.

I am trying to use the video background..i thought it would work right out of the box. however after following your instruction in the documentation i have been unable to get the video working…please see the code below that is included in the template index-video.html file.
even though i think this is corret i only get a still image of the video. please help

Your theme is nice, it’s help me to make a one page website quickly and propely !
