Hi, in your live preview (skin 2) you have two rows of products in the ‘All Products’ section. I have imported the demo data and it only shows one row and I can’t seem to find a way to replicate this. I’ve checked the documentation too and can’t seem to find anything listed there.

How do you add a sidebar to a normal page? When I add a new page there is no option to have a sidebar? This is basic functionality….

We purchased your theme and having trouble with the products on the home page not showing like your demo. Turns out that the Product Slider extension and some other extensions were to come with the theme, but we do not see them anywhere in the zip files. Plus other of the Woo extensions were not included. Twitter feed – I see there was a question on how to set that up. The second part of your answer was: “After that, go to Settings=>Rotating Tweets to enter your Twitter keys.” There is nothing in Settings for this that I can find. Your help is appreciated. Sherry

Hi, I’ve just installed your theme. A couple of things have cropped up: 1). WOOCOMMERCE MESSAGE IN BACKEND: Your theme (Happystore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Affected templates are: happystore/woocommerce/loop/orderby.php version 3.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, happystore/woocommerce/single-product/rating.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, happystore/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 3.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, 2). WPBakery PAGE BUILDER: Needs activation code as I can’t access the templates to build pages – where would I find this code? Thanks in advance.

I bought roadtheme happystore from you – 5bb36fad-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx086e – and am having problems with it. I have no licence with which to update WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, but on reading your support page, I do not need this. You state you have to just delete and reinstall, which I tried to do, and was taken to CodeCanyon where there was a charge of $59. This, surely, should be updated by you? I have WPBakery Visual Composer 4.7.4 and the new update should be 4.9.2 I then tried downloading a new copy of the whole HappyStore theme (which is advertised as coming with various plugins included in the purchase price). The Visual Composer included is still the older version. Whenever I type in to the Visual Composer text widget in the editing mode, it keeps losing its paragraph tags, that’s to say on update it’s losing the tags which are being stripped out leaving the text unformatted. This occurrs on both the Also, when trying to add a background colour or image to some of the WPBakery Visual Composer widgets on a page the changes do not take place on update. I have screenshots of this I can send but unfortunately not via the support page. The theme comes with a prepaid license containing Woo, so this needs to be solved.
