Hello,
I recently purchased your theme however when I went to upload it to WordPress I realized this theme is not WordPress compatible. This is an embarrassing mistake on my part however is there anyway I can get a refund as I am not longer able to use this theme? Thank you for your time and help!

Is this theme add size chart build-in option? I want to convert my theshoeinfo.com website in to and e-com store and where i want some already pre build feature so i don’t need to add then externally.

Hi
I am looking for a multi purpose theme for a fashion footwear store. We have several criteria and necessary features and your Shoe Store theme (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/shoe-zone-a-shopify-shoe-store/full_screen_preview/19930897?_ga=2.12381556.1320771482.1603367676-1964318908.1568797755) ticks a lot of boxes. However, we are unsure whether going outside Shopify to purchase a theme is the right thing to do, so we have a couple of questions if you can help? Can you tell us:
1. What is your support like? Response times and other guarantees. Shopify support is usually quite responsive, so we would need similar assurances if purchasing an ‘outside’ theme.
2. Can we upload a trial version of your theme within Shopify before we decide on a purchase? You can with pure Shopify themes, and it would be a huge help.
