very poor community and support
i have problem with the menu in the template, i sent email support to the support team, they told me to open a ticket in this url http://support.itembridge.com/ – i tryed to register to send ticket but the form doesn’t work – i sent them email that the register form doesn’t work without any answer more that a 7 days….

In “Compatible Browsers” you put IE8.
But on IE8 the slider doesn’t work properlly. Check bellow:

Nice temp!
I would like buy this theme but I will use this slider creator http://magentoslider.com/ (drag and drop is easy for me, I’m not technical guy).
They say it is compatible with all template.
But if any bug your company will do support for me or I must ask the module company?
Just wonder who will do support me?

Hi,
I’m very happy with the theme so far! Very good purchase.
I am having trouble adding the contact page. It says:
“contact_map
Map is displayed at the Contact Us page. Just insert the HTML code provided by map service to
embed your map into the page. Please remember to set its width to 100% and height to 205 pixels.”
However, there was no html to add to the contact_map page. Could you please paste it here for me please. Or email to [email protected]
