Hi, I bought this theme so I can create a website for a client. However, there is a bug with, I think all, “default” type Visual Composer elements. For this, and because you cannot achieve the demo results, I have for now given it a 1 star rating. For $59 I expect the theme to perform as all other $59 themes. However, it currently does not. Another big problem which lowered my rating to 1 star is non-extensibility. The bug cannot be fixed in a child theme, and in effect forces me to implement fixes to the original theme files. Once this bug is fixed and an update released, I will update my rating accordingly. The bug fix is very simple, which is why it baffles me how it’s been there for over a year. Instead of “default”, the type is usually an empty string. So the safe thing to do would be to first check if the type is “alter”, and if it is not, display the default no matter what other type it is. In code, it would be something like: if ('alter' === $type) { // display alternative type } else { // display default type } Thanks and kind regards Loran

This template is pretty much useless. Whenever try to edit using visual composer (with latest template and visual composer version), the original layout gets messed up. This problem is since the initial version of the template and ain’t got fixed till now. I got it fixed through their support but I ain’t taken the backup and lost it. They even didn’t tell me what was the problem or what filed was edited. Now I tried to setup it again and facing the same issue. Regret of purchasing the template!

If I try to edit using visual composer, the layout gets messed up. This is a big problem, not just individual support problem if you ask me. My visual composer is no longer working and it’s saying I need to activate my license​. Is this something I need to get from you or where can I find it? Also, in the plugin section is says “There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.0.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Download new version from CodeCanyon.​” but then it wants to charge me.

On the single Portfolio View the Visual Composer doesn’t effects…? The Output on the Frontend looks like: vc_row full_width=““ parallax=““ parallax_image=““ newlayout=“Fluid“ and then comes some images etc.
