I am unable to upload the theme and install demo content. I have submitted 2 messages for assistance and have not been answered. Please advise.

I have bought the tarven theme but the Revolution slider shows error when I select a vimeo video to use. From research the theme is using very old plugin. So it’s not working. Can the theme be updated and how can this be fixed

​I tried to use Evanto auto update of my tavern theme because i’ve been getting hacked. The 2.0 theme update leaves the site with only a footer and no content. I did the theme option export/import before and after the update but to no avail. I did see in the 2.0 release notes that this “may brake” my site. How do I update it if I’m having security issues and need to update? Rebuilding the whole site isn’t realistic. The theme is 2.5 years old and I’ve only purchased it last year. I couldn’t log in to your support system because i’ve had the theme too long. Can you please help?

Wow! If I treated my customers with the same urgency as you guys, I would probably have lost most of them by now! I tried to login through Envato yesterday but got an error message. So then I sent an email, with no response. So then I followed it up by creating a ticket this morning (#1529620) with still no response… how do I get through to you guys??

You guys really need to update this template. Almost 18 months since an update. This template is effectively abandoned and you shouldn’t be charging people money for it. HGR Extender for Visual Composer causes the website to crash as soon as it is installed and activated. You really should stop taking people’s money for crappy templates – or update them.

I updated the Theme and now my entire site broke! I can’t figure out how to fix it and even some of the settings have reverted to old settings! I understand I may not have continuing support but this is a matter of a broken product. Please contact me with a solution as soon as possible!
