Hello,
We are using the devoll theme for our website – rocktopia.eu.
The page builder is not working. Nothing happens when I click on the Page Builder button. I want to change a link in the footer of the website, but when I update it through widgets, the changes don’t take place on the website.
Please help and fix this problem.

Hello!
I have followed the instructions and installed the theme, but the Page builder is not working.
Nothing happens when I click on “Page Builder >” or “Menu > ” on the customization menu (page live view).
I have already assigned the pages with the “Devoll Template” page template.

We have just purchased, downloaded and installed the theme Devoll.
The themes page builder is clearly not working and we would appreciate a prompt refund on this product as it clearly does not work as expected or described in your documentation.

Hi, I got a problem. I activated theme, activated plugin and installed database. But, when I clicked Page Builder, it didn’t work. It doesn’t show anything. Also, when I went to Site Identity, it couldn’t back. I don’t know why and how to fix? Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks

hi, I update WordPress to Version 4.7.1 but unfortunately Page Builder stopped working and I can not do any changes on our pages…What is the problem and when you release a new version of the theme?

It should work by default, I’m not sure why it doesn’t play automatically. The slider is set up in the theme customizer.

The template is not working with the last wordpress update currently 4.7. Page builder doesn’t work at all. (I’ve tried with the last template package). As you can see, the author doesn’t answer to this problem so, you know what to do..
