Hello,
We have purchased your template builder. The header image for banner area is covered with a color and doesn’t appear on Outlook 365 browser. How can this be fixed? Also, various sections are 100% width versus tight like preview at 800px?

Hey Guys,
Great template. However, you are a bit old and in the way with the social media icons. I’ve got your PURE template as well and same thing. Google Plus suffered a painless death long ago. The most popular social sites, YouTube and Instagram are not included. And Pinterest? There should be a way to choose those social sites most relevant to the customers’ business. What do you think?

1. How to change logo size on top left hand corner? I need the logo to be slightly larger
2. Banner images not coming through when i email myself the template. Even when click the notice link to download images it does not appear
3. How do I change the “Request Quote” button (see blue button) to go to an email rather than a website?
4. How can I add an Instagram icon on the social media block?
5.How do I align correctly when I delete icons on the social media block?

Hi,
I bought yout template for my online store and I had some problems.
The template in html works well because I sent a test email from Mailchimp and I can see the newsletter in differents mail manager such as outlook or gmail.
The problem is when I upload images. While everuthing is right in mailchimp, when I sent an email test, in outlook (computer) the images are very big and the newsletter lost its configuration. The problem in gmail is different: the email is cut and I just can see the complete email in the browser, no in the email manager.

Hi guys, The email template is great but I need assistance. 1. The top bar search box does not work and I do not understand how to link it to our webs search system. Please clarify how am I suppose to make it work? 2. The same issue happens with the newsletter email request. How do I link it to our mail chimp account if a customer decides to subscribe to our newsletter? Thank you for your prompt assistance. Regards, Edward

Hey,
I just purchased the TREND email template for your builder and after completing my design and layout, then purchasing on Envato and activating the code, the demo page will still not let me export.
I see the Trend in my templates, but I DO NOT WANT TO START FROM SCRATCH.
How do I export this?

I am having an issue now where the top background image is not showing once I send the test email. The same is happening with the newsletter background image and the Premium Quality Module background. I am uploading my images from the desktop and they are all under 500k. They are showing fine on the Dynamicxx.com interface just not showing in the emails… I have sent emails in your system before never encounter this issue… Help, please.
