Hi. Love the theme. Trying to get to Support Forum to ask question, but got theme through Elements and don’t have typical Envato license, just project name. How can I get to Support Forum? Specifically, having hard time getting Font Awesome icons to work.

Hello this theme which we purchased is not working correctly. the Portfolio section is completely not working correctly as per the live preview of this theme, please we have gone live with our website www.greatimpressions.biz and the portfolio section doesn’t work correctly. We have 4 menu headings but only 2 are showing. Then the vertical images are showing up as square images. Please help us resolve this issues ASAP.

Dear Support Team,
I have facing the problem When We are doing installed the theme. Some plugins are missing from the theme like visual composer, Contact form7, and envanto tool kit. So that whole theme is going to break. Please see the below screenshot link.

Hi there, I’ve downloaded the theme as a Freebee (newsletter Envato january 2021). I have two problems:
1. The porfolio gives an error ‘The content could not be loaded’ when clicking on an item. In Firefox, will logged in all is fine, but in Chrome and other browsers while not logged in, the error message shows. How to solve this?
2. The contact form is not loaded as in the demo: I’ve added some css now myself, but the form is not shown in two columns like in the demo. Can you tell me how this should be done?

Hi! I designed my site quite a while ago and need to update something (add another category to the top navigation menu) and cannot remember how to do it.
I just added the “Join our Network” section which is shown right above the Contact Us section. I want to add “Join our Network” to the top menu as well, to the left of Contact Us. How can I do that? Below is my site….

hi, I cannot login to your support system, keep getting captcha error. I’ve installed the theme, installed the dummy code, installed the required plugins, but am getting a jquery error on the dummy welcome page. I’m running latest version of wp, but notice that the pre-packaged wp bakery (not named Visual Composer any more) is not latest version…but i cannot update that because it’s asking for a paid license key. does this theme work correctly without a paid wp bakery license?

Great theme, I got it off envato elements. Is there a way to increase the quality of the images on the portfolio section? ie. Images are extremely blur but look great in the lightbox popup.

Hello,
I got the theme through envanto elements, everything worked well except the popup box of the images from the portfolio, when I click the popup try to open but closed immediately.
