Yes, you can use the theme for any purpose you want. We’ve used WPBakery Page Builder, which makes you able to customize the section as you wish.
As for the Blog page, yes you can build a blog page, in which you can display your blog post items.

There are a lot of good WordPress themes out there, but one factor that makes a theme excellent is quick and helpful support. I appreciate the ability to ask questions and get knowledgeable replies without waiting days or weeks or having to rely on the "community" for answers. I've designed a lot of Wordpress websites and used a lot of themes. But one factor that can dramatically distinguish a great theme from a good theme is the customer support. I really appreciate quality customer support and this theme has it. Thank you to the team that has helped me out. I've been working with this theme for a month now and the theme has great features but is needing some tweaks. And they are still maturing some features. But with the fantastic help and key features in place, I'm liking this theme a lot.
