Hi, you sell this theme with SP Page Builder, so why you have created 90% of the content in RAW HTML so that a user needs to understand HTML for making changes in this template? Thats disappointing and sorry – you are the only theme creator who works like this. I like your templates but here it seems that you just thinking of you to save work.

I am a very early adapter of this beautiful template; bought and installed it two days after the initial release. The combination of T3, K2, PageBuilder, J2store, and the design created by joomlabuff (including their own form maker and portfolio components) is already worth the 5 stars. But I was most surprised about their customer support. I had a few issues with translations and responsiveness and reported them via Facebook Messenger. Their reply was friendly and fast, and even more complex CSS tweaks were implemented within a day. A big recommendation!

I have bought this theme. However, I didnt get any guideline for installing it.
I have installed by googling knowledge but getting warning “The following themes are installed but incomplete. jb_interrio_v1.5. Stylesheet is missing.”
Could anybody help me? I dont want to spent anothere $50 for installation.

Had a hard time getting response from support due to holidays, but when i finally get in touch they fixed the problem perfectly. The template looks really good and i can recommend their work.

I am dissapointed in the support Twice i have left you questions and first time it took a week before i was answered. Then i left another question, and now its taken a week again. This is not good enough. Seems like the template are breaking bootstrap grid on one page so that the image are not scaled. And i have no idea how to fix it and cannot publish this site until its fixed. Where is the support? Or do i actually need to buy a template from another developer?

I just bought this template and tried installing on my server while following the instructions to the letter. But when I try to access my site it just has Error message at the top. Nothing more. And in the documentation, there is no other method of installing without using the wizard. I have raised a ticket but nothing seems to be happening. No support. I’m starting to think that this is a scam and that the template doesn’t work at all… can someone please contact me ASAP!

Great design on this template, good color scheme, good template to work with. Had some small upgrade issues but support has been excellent. Nice work.
