Greetings,
I understand that support does not include customization BUT, I am finding that the theme is not easily customizable. For instance, the home screen has a slider with two buttons. I have not been able to identify a way to edit these buttons to redirect where they point. I was able to update the slide photo but have yet to find an option to delete, modify these buttons. There are features on other pages that don’t appear to be editable as well. Does this mean I would have to delete the entire page and build it from scratch?

Hello, I have purchased this theme, it looks great.
I have 2 questions please:
1. Is there a way to have the logo and menu not inline please? – i would like to be able to have a bigger logo and then the menu underneath, otherwise the menu breaks onto a 2nd line.
2. I am wondering about how I update the theme and the plugins that come with it (eg WP Bakery Builder). I looked at the documentation but that seemed to be talking about a different theme and not Virgo.

I would like to use the “subscribe to our newsletter” form in the footer, connected with mailchimp, The API key and the ID list are correct but I always have this error message : “You have incorrect API key”. Hello there! I purchased this theme (Virgo) for an agency website.
Just a couple of questions
- How can I edit the “Virgo Portfolio automat” element (or create a new one) with 4 or 6 columns?
- Is there the possibility to add a navigation in the portfolio? (eg “prev or next” buttons). How to do this?

Hi there,
I have recently purchased and installed your website (great job by the way) and I am having trouble with the API/ID list. I have entered them in and when I go to test the widget it says “You have incorrect API Key”. How do I go about fixing this?
Also, I have a reminder telling me to update the revolution slider however it says to update it through the theme. I can’t see how to do this. I am hoping this will fix the banner. It works intermittently.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

When the plugins are installed only appears WPBakery and not Visual composer. What can I do?

Hi. i purchased the theme to use the Agency page/theme, but when i set the Agency page to be static in homepage options then the site just goes offline and i have to put it back to default.. Do you have any ideas on why this is happening? thanks alot.
