I am facing problem after install meeton theme. It not possible to associate an speaker to an event. It seems the combo utilized to select events on a schedule doesn’t working properly. I have been opened two tickets and can’t receive the solution. (TICKET #2253994 and #2265223). I am very frustrated with support of this product.

Hello, I updated my theme, but it won’t let me update visual composer. Is there a way with your theme to add in my purchase code so that it knows to authorize my visual composer upgrade? And additionally what version of visual composer are you currently running with your theme? Posting here since I can’t submit a support ticket, which should not be valid, as its a reasonable request above.

hey when we uploaded the latest version of the theme on latest version of WordPress the website isn’t functioning can u update the theme to support latest version of WordPress.

This theme is outdated and not functional! It’s not possible to create and edit schedule and events – probably due to the outdated version of the WP-Bakery plugin. The included plugin is version 5.7 – latest version is 6.6. Since the theme is included in the theme you cannot update it yourself but have to wait for the theme developers (or buy a separate $45 licence to the plugin).

Right off the bat I’m annoyed that this theme was supposed to include Visual Composer, which is now WP Bakery. It turns out I have to spend another $54? I would not have purchased this theme had I known that. >:(
