Hi There! I just purchased the theme and am running into the same problem I ran into when setting up this theme for a different client. The Revolution Slider doesn’t scale correctly or show up responsive at all. Please look at http://box5434.temp.domains/~mbgcobiz/?page_id=123 as an example. I just imported the sample data and haven’t changed many settings yet at all.

Hello,
Could you please help with the below issues that we are facing with the Sarraty possibly?
Wordpress: 5.5.1
Theme: Sarraty v4.46
Php: 7.0
Issues:
1) In site Using Revolution Slider for sliders that doesn’t display in front-end.
2) In page Using WPBakery Page builder “Post grid” option that’s not displaying frond-end properly.
3) While updating Php version it’s showing revolution slider error message.

Hi There! I’m still running into two issues with the theme. 1. The bottom ‘save settings’ button doesn’t work, and when the settings are saved slashes and special characters are stripped out of the settings. Specifically the html I entered into the ‘footer’ field and the ’\’ entered in the custom css on the header page. 2. When adding a blog post there is no area anymore to add a title for the post. How do we get that to appear again? Thanks!

Using the latest theme and php 7.3.28. Cannot make any changes to the Theme menu and the save button does not work. Cannot update copyright text due to this also.

I updated Sarraty and now I get error messages when trying to update widgets, I cannot use the theme options as it won’t let me select anything trying to add sidebars I hit add new and nothing happens, cannot update logo etc… please help

Hi!
I’m working on customizing the Sarraty theme. I was wondering if there is a certain plugin or browser that needs to be used to make the logo upload button work on the theme options? Also, is there some documentation on how to make the theme look like the sample? Right now it defaults to looking like a blog page instead of a homepage and I can’t find where to change that. I already changed it to start with a static homepage in settings -> reading but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

theme in worpress but it shows the following issue:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hello, I have purchased your theme, thank you. I have a question, how can I remove the icon that displays behind the image on the elements on the front page. Please see https://beta.autopo.st/ and specifically the Roku TV image, if you hover over it, an icon appears (smiley face). I have found where to change the icon, but if I select ‘No Icon’ then the whole image disappears, I just want no animation, so on hover, nothing happens. Is this possible? Thank you.

An – there is version 6.6 of WPBakery Page Builder but the plugin isn’t updated. Will you provide an update of Sarraty?

Hi, we purchased the theme and are trying to translate some of the strings but there is no way to do it. I tried to translate the included .po files with Poedit and they do not include all the strings, I installed loco translate as suggested in other posts here, but they only show what is included on the .po files. Could you please point me to a way to correctrly translate the strings? Thanks a lot.

what about WPBakery Page Builder 6.4.1?
My automatic Wordpress updater throws the following error:
An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?
I deinstalled and reinstalled WPBakery Page Builder via “Design” > “Install PlugIns” but that didn’t do the trick.
What can I do now?
