Great theme! Very happy with the purchase but I have 1 question about the background. http://www.physicalfitnesswoerden.nl/ How can I delete the white background so my background image is shown behind the video and other page items?

Hi,
I uploaded the theme but the ThemeMountain OneClick Import does not exist and did not get installed. I tried manually searching for this and there is no plugin with that name.
Please advise on how I can get this theme setup with the demo content.

I bought the wordpress theme, but I do not know why it does not work, I tried it in some versions of wordpress but it is useless. I can not use visual basic, I can not add elements or templates. Below I present a photo from the visual plugin which doesnt work

Requested support… never got a reply. Requested refund so I can purchase a template that has demo 1-click install and have yet to hear back. I’m stuck with a blank website.

this WP template hasn’t been updated since November 2018 and doesn’t work. don’t waste your money.

Having to work on a theme with a backend editor which won't work, helped by obsolete documentation is probably not the reason I buy a theme for generally.
I think it would be nice to state very legibly that the buyer has to set-up the whole homepage while being hindered by WPBakery.
At the moment, I feel that buying this theme was either a waste of money, or will prove a waste of time.
