hi the theme keeps crashing my site,, i have been having this issue for 3 months now. I’ve been going back and forth to the site to work on it and now I’m ready to actually get my site done but run into so many problems each time i go to work on it. i like the theme but this theme has been such a headache. im trying to launch a store in the next couple months and i cant even get my inventory uploaded and make changes to the demo because it keeps crashing my site. can i get a refund for envado credit? i just cant have my site crash after i launch it because i will miss out on money and it will look unprofessional

It says it was just updated but i don’t see any changelog or what was changed? Personally I had an error with putting in woocommerce side widgets on the shop page (not appearing at all) was this fixed?

Hey there,
Any way to get your Visual Composer add-ons for clients and testimonials to automatically scroll? Right now things dont scroll unless you click the arrows. Most other themes I’ve purchased (hundreds) that use testimonial and clients features have automatic scrolling abilities.

My website just randomly went offline. The error message I receive is “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/wazzenmafadden/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tt_warp7/warp/systems/wordpress/src/Warp/Wordpress/Helper/SystemHelper.php on line 660”
This happened to me previously and I had to restore from an old backup which was extremely annoying. Now it has happened again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible please, I am very unhappy and my store is losing money every day this error is there.

After I download the theme, install it according to your installation document. As long as the theme is installed, the following error will appear immediately.

The idea of ”template” is that I can use it to make the web that I want, but I just unregister it by hazing, I can’t use the template I bought.

Hi, it seems that submit ticket is not working. I tried to submit a ticket but there is no active filed that I can submit one. I installed the child theme and it showed that 100% is completed but nothing is like the demo! I need your help with that.

hi, im finally getting around to installing this theme and its keeps crashing my website. ive contacted blue host and they say its the theme. have any of your other customers had this problem? can you please fix this? and if you are wondering, i have uploaded the latest version of the theme
