I purchased your item. I need some correction in theme. (1) our brand at bottom is not scrolling…pl activate or guide..how to set it, (2) search by brand and low price to high price button are not there. So it should be there.

I indicated that I had a problem with the template and I said that it was impossible to solve, the moment I asked them to return the money they uploaded a patch to solve it, however the template still has other flaws. This template is completely rubbish for the price they want to charge. And the company now refuses to give me back the money and they are not meeting Envato’s refund rules.

They say that the only legal reference selling these products, but apparently not allowed to sell it on your behalf.
Do you allow them to have legal sale?
They did not mention the source of the licensed product and sell it in their own name.
