Many of the required plugins are missing from the theme file. Tried to launch a ticket – ticket was deleted. Documentation is sparse if non-existent. Very frustrated with this product so far.

when are you planning to update?? we have just purchased it now and realized it hasnt been updated for 3 years. Documentation is terrible, we can’t make the homepage work as in the demo, lots of bugs, we need help asap thanks

How do I add/remove filters in the shop page?
I also noticed that if I change the shop page from the theme options, setting it without sidebar or sidebar on the left, this setting is not taken into account.
