The problem is this.
This is still an open issue with the Gantry 5 framework. It is really not a big problem, because you just need to go to the Menu Editor in Gantry 5 and re-order your Menu items by just drag’n drop them (see the this screenshot).

I have a doubt
I bought your HOTEL theme at themeforest.
In the backoffice inside the SOLIDES component gives to put the price by day and night but not find anything to put several prices throughout the year.
The HOTEL has several price changes during the year with different prices.
The prices vary for a room.
Example
Month June (summer) price x month of January (winter) price y

Attention to all who want to buy the template! If you want to use the website multilingual, then you are note able to display the text on the main images in several languages (https://imgur.com/a/yzH2u ).
I just got the following answer from the Inspire Theme support: “Ask Falang support.”
The theme is not completely multilingual!

Dears – you provided a new update version of you template from 30.10.2016 – can you please explain how to update it ? Do I have to install the quickstart package or just the tpl_it_paradise-1.6.0.zip ? Because from your description it sounds that all the updates are only within the quickstart – and if I install the quickstart – all my entries on the page are gone – right ? thank you

I have installed the quickstart package and got only fresh joomla installation, but also the full package is achieved by additional two packages. I have also enabled manually all particles I need except Solidres because I can not see it in particles or anywhere else. How do I activate Solidress?

Dears, I already bought this nice template – great job so far – actually I have a problem with the Main Menu. Either I change the Titel of the Sample Menu you have in or put a new “test” Title in – this menu titles jumps to the end on the right side of the Menu – beside the “Offcanvas Section” Button. Why is that ? Just for example – I change the Menu Title “Page” into Test and test jumps at the right. Thanks for your support. Kind Regards

Hello!
We have three very similar hotels and we use only one website that has 3 domain alias. That is, this is one joomla installation and one database. Depending on the domain name are used in different texts and photos. For this we use tags. For example, instead of the name of the hotel we insert the text {hoteltitle}, and instead of photos – {hotelphoto1}, {hotelphoto2}, etc.
We are interested in the template “IT Paradise”. Can I use tags in all articles and all modules of template?

The site is multilingual, but I can not translate the booking fields

I tried to make a new reservation for today, for a twin studio (there are two available), one already booked / occupied. Even so, the site allowed me to book for two rooms. In addition, the reservation that was already made was also two-bedroom, that is, with the existence of only two rooms, the site let me reserve 4.
Another thing I have seen, is that when checking the availability of rooms in general (putting only the dates, without specifying rooms), appears whenever there is no availability.
