I am looking to setup a subscription based system where all users can post ads but only paid members (monthly subscription) can see a certain section of information (like contact name, address, phone numbers) can I do this with your theme?

Buyer beware!!! I sent 6 messages pre-sale trying to get a response from these people with no luck. So I purchased the theme thinking that since it comes with 6 months of support I would be able to get an answer or even some response but still no luck! Any theme would be better than buying this!!

I have to change again my review, because i found out that directory categories can't be made to have seo friendly permalink by default as other theme directories.All you can get is http://www.website.com/dir/split-map-view/?listing_type=restaurant&ajax_filter=true instead of a friendly url like http://www.website.com/category/restaurantSo will be hard to reach top position in google search with that type of permalinks. Also multiple elements with H1 tag like (Sign in, Signup) , none related to listing title. Listing title with H2 tag instead of H1. To many dynamic url's on this theme other then search results.Please make a SEO Analyze Check and fix all the thinks done wrong as Search Engines are kings this days.

An update on the main outgoing URLs with the canonical function like cities listings is one of the best solutions to help sure SEO theme. And the automatic update is still not stable, the function of automatic updates is well introduced in this theme, but does not work. I filled out the secret form API Key and Marketplace Username, but it does not help. So please thank you for considering this comment for improving this theme.

Haven't heard from support in weeks. They claim my issues are non issues. several bugs with the theme. Can't even submit a listing. The list goes on and on. They claim western support but support time is based on India working hours Monday-Friday 1:00AM - 10:00AM

I intended to use this to replace the former version of Directory to take advantage of added features. I was never able to get a lot of the features to work, INCLUDING features that did work in the former version. Support often took as long as a week to respond and most reponses were either, "Can you show us where this worked in the old version?" or, "We'll have to look into this." NONE of my issues were resolved. The client eventually paid to have a WP developer make custom modifications to the old version.

This theme is messed up, it is difficult to customize and it crashed my site 3 times...i'm highly disappointed.

I have done the installation and everything has gone correctly, now just configure it, the theme looks great just like in DEMO

Very bad experience with the support. Have been facing regular issues and support is very poor in response and unable to solve the problem even after regular feedback.Also the support seems like having no clue about AWS (amazon) server and have accidentally changed permission for my key which cannot be reset without re-installing everything.Not at all recommended. Have asked for refund on the money paid, let's see whether they issue it or not?Guys, please refer my comments in the support area constantly / humbly requesting to solve the ticket raised but all in vain.Finally have to put a bad review and now looking for another theme.Please do not purchase if you cannot set it up yourself as support is pathetic .

Good layout! Only a little buggy from time to time, but its to be expected. Would be 5 stars, but unfortunately customer support is pretty slow (mostly 24 hour replies, some over 48 hours - and no way to create more than 1 ticket, so my only outstanding ticket is getting a little messy and hard to follow) - but it has encouraged me to go out and learn PHP script myself so that I can fix the issues. I would recommend this if somebody wanted something very out the box, but if you need to make changes you should probably leave a couple of months before your website launch to account for slow(ish) support and making changes.

I would recommend to any one else looking to buy this theme to steer clear, support is slow, and only allows 1 ticket per key, meaning if you run into multiple issues/bugs your screwed, and unable to track, nor be alerted of case updates, other than that the theme has high demand of resources even with a scaleway vps you will swear more than a sail, its been almost a year and i haven’t even got my site up to run properly let alone the amount of spam i keep getting. and the internal storage of this site has hit more than 2GB with no user posts!besides other teething issues…. i just wonder how this theme is still up..

This is the worst directory theme that I bought, for many reasons, I mean for all the reasons, it's useless, and has a bad customer service...

This is the only best directory theme in the market with lots of useful features as well as excellent and quick support. I hope Chimpstudio continue to add extra new features to this theme as well as keeping great code quality for it like always. Directory theme is really 7 Star and not 5!Thank you very much.

Excellent template, I highly recommend it. Very good design and easy to use. You can adjust many things easily. The best option to create a Directory.

Support too slow. Theme is too slow (using both WordPress cloud hosting & shared hosting with the php settings they recommended.) The theme itself appears to have bugs as well. I did request A refund (no response from anyone). Now I only use free themes. I no longer trust themeforest nor chimpstudio at this point. My advice, don't purchase themes, until these companies offer a hassle free money back guarantee and stand behind their products.

The theme is not compatible with PHP7.027 (utf8_encode and utf8_decode have been removed, not just deprecated) and I submitted a ticket ... heard nothing. I submitted a request using my purchase code but without a ticket#, again crickets. I can't view or respond to whatever they may have said about my PHP7 issue because I never received a ticket#. I hate to leave this type of negative comment, but communication is key, and they don't seem to want to communicate with me and the theme is unusable because of the PHP7 issue.

The theme itself has plenty of functionality and is a great idea, but it's full of bugs. Not only that the theme developers are not keeping it current and up to date so the support is kind of useless.I even told them exactly where one of the bugs and they haven't even bothered to release that. The newest issue is that the group location api function has stopped working. To be fair freegeoip gave 2 months notice they had to change the api that's plenty of time for these guys to update their code, but their response to me is its not their problem they arewaiting for envato.I use lots of themes off here for my clients to keep costs down and when I get an author that can't update their theme and keep it working it just defeats the point in using a theme. Might as well have done it myself.

Although it requires some time to get the hang of this great theme and really turn it into the ultimate platform it is still value for money and I appreciate your efforts Anna Smith. Keep up the good work

I used more than 50 templates all of them are easy to manage your template is very very terrible and complicated and time consuming to setup for WP users any clients who bought your theme diffidently he will get stuck with your template

Constant problems. The CSV Import/Export has not been updated in 2 years and stops working. Theme Admin works sometimes, doesn't other times. I hired a web dev person who kept finding problems. Support is very slow, and does not answer all questions. Although I loved their first version, this one is useless.

What could you ask for more. A great friendly support team. I have been shooting many technical queries to Tania and Anna but Thanks to your patience and wonderful support. I am just a buyer but feel like part of team while talking to you people.
