More than a year ago you told me that in a week you would update the topic. Please if the theme has stopped updating I would like to know to use another template. This has been a bad investment if you don’t update your theme anymore. Can you at least tell us what is going on? Why is there no update? Why does this template continue to sell if it is no longer compatible with new versions of whmcs or wordpress? I would like you to report, there are many comments on this and you never give an honest answer. Thank you.

Years without updating, I do not recommend buying this template, look at the last update dates. It is not compatible with new versions, and the developer does not respond, I bought the support 3 times and it did not solve anything. I regret buying the template.

Can you tell us when the them will be updated with new editions for plugins and WP core. It seems that if dev has stopped on this – we will have to move to better solution and not renew our support.

This template should be #1 in the market if the author just give an attention and diligence, Many Great features, Support RTL, and a lot of creative ideas, the template misses Modern Demos, styling and some fixes only, I was attending to buy the template but unfortunately after seeing the reviews and comments here i can see the most regret and complains that the support is very poor ! not now only but since years till now! ” Success is easy to attain but difficult to maintain ” Hope to see changes and rising in the near future.

I installed the theme and the colors were working. Then i disabled the “Demo Panel” and the Primary color stopped working. My website is http://keepam.com whats could be the issue.

My developer has advised me the following:
“The theme “In Host” has an old version of WP Bakery Page Builder. Since the page builder came bundled with the theme, the theme author will supply latest version of page builder. Currently I am not able to update the home page as the current version of page builder is giving problems.”
Please advise how we may proceed or where we can access the update.

Please, we need to know if this theme is compatible with last version of WHMCS.
If it is not going to be updated, I would like to know to start using another theme. Please, at least inform us of what is happening, because if this theme is not going to be updated, and it is not compatible with the latest versions, why is it still sold in themeforest? Thanks.

Hello i’ve bought your theme but im facing a problem it doesn’t work properly on whmcs and i can’t understand the issue especially whmcs 7.8.3 !

This theme really needs an update. It works on upto php 7.2, it breaks on 7.3 and newer. plugins are way outdated. why? come on guys this not how you run a business!
