Hi,
As Vignesh_13, I can’t import demo file. I have an 500 error with empty file message.
So I tried to contact your Customer Service at http://support.minimalthemes.net, but I can’t create an account. I filled all the and clicked on “create account”” but nothing happened.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the psychologist with whom they did a great job. It was very difficult for me to live, after someone close to me died in my life, I could not smile at all. Sub-Menus aren’t showing up properly for visitors using Safari as their browser. Is there a fix coming soon? ...or a work-around?

Hi, I just bought the theme. Can you please tell me why the call us button on the top right corner of header is going to a http command. When I click on the button from my mobile, instead of dialing the number it is trying to contact as .. http://02 9411 5517. It should just try to call 02 9411 5517. Please help. thanks

I have to develop 1 website for Medical Equipments.
I have following requirement.
Please confirm, if your theme can fulfill this requirement.
1- Dual Language (English & Arabic)
2- I need to implement UPS and Aramex Shipping companies for shipping my products.
3- I need tracking system from both UPS and Aramex for shipped products.
4- Last I need to add functionality for user to add their products to sell on my website.
Please confirm, if your theme supports this functionality, so I will talk with my management to buy this theme.

Paid buyer here. There is a Visual Composer update available on the market and can only be updated on our end if the theme owner releases an update as you own the rights to the VC key. Is there going to be a MediPlus update released anytime so we can use the most recent version of VC?

I have a pre-sale question: my client wants us to create a bunch of landing pages so for that I suppose we’ll have to use some kind of a page builder. Can you tell me if this theme is compatible with something like Visual Composer? Thank you!
