We were planning to buy some licenses but the way you do “support” seems a bit strange to us.
Is there a reason why you try to keep anything in the “secret privacy” of a mailcorrespondence instead of support here in open public?
Anything you need to keep “top secret” or what is the reason that you deny support and insist on having your buyers mail-adresses?
