The theme is more complex to setup than a FREE Shopify theme. Is a waste of money of time. I lost my money with this theme

When I try to load the theme on Shopify I get the error: A list of missing files. Please contact me to resolve the situation

I don’t generally write negative reviews, or reviews in general, but i finally found time to write this one; experience was THAT poor. - Customer support takes a minimum of 2 days to respond. No follow up whatsoever. - Theme is 10x more complex to setup than a FREE shopify theme. - My revenue dropped when i “upgraded” to this theme. 2 weeks of toiling led me nowhere. I reverted to the old theme and revenue was back up as user experience improved so much. - Not recommended. Just get a FREE theme and use it. People don’t care how complex a site is, it just has to be user friendly. -If you HAVE to buy a paid theme ( no need, i have sold 10K+ monthly on free themes), get one from Shopify theme store. Why? Because their chat reps are super responsive and solve your issues while on the call/ chat. This theme makers pretty much told me to FO after i bought this junk. You’ve been warned. Cheers.
