I have purchased quite a few themes from Themeforest over the years for use on commercial sites.I have to say that the customer support from WeDesignThemes has been exceptional.I had an issue with button placement, visibility and styling on the main nav menu and contacted customer support who worked through the issue to a successful conclusion.Most responses I received in a few hours with the longest wait being 24hrs (although this was only for 2-3 responses from a total of 25 posts for this particular problem).The theme I was customising has just enough features to allow you to get a public facing website up and running within a very short timeframe. Themes I have previously purchased from other designers, although feature rich, tended to be a bit complicated and more difficult to customise.Furthermore, many of my initial queries were answered in the knowledgebase of their support portal and form this experience, I'm sure any further issues or customisations I may have will be easily and quickly be resolved by the WeDesignThemes team.

Hello, I need help but I cannot find where to ask for a support so I’m doing it here. When I add Filter Products by Attribute widget on widgets page (I tried adding it on both left and right side of Shop page) it does not appear anywhere in the shop pages. When I click on Customization it also does not see widget zones. What should I do?

I have set up a login in your support site however it is not accepting my purchase code. I need support as I am getting this error “Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 360” when installing demo content for this theme.

I just had some issues and I contacted the customer Support .They was really helpful and extremely professional.I will also go for themefrost for my next project
