I chose Design Quality as the main aspect, however, Customer Support is just as good if not better!This theme met every single one of our needs and it looks fantastic. Very clean and professional design - the header alone looks great! We've gotten everything we wanted to get out of this theme and it was all thanks to the amazing Customer Support offered by Halothemes.We really appreciate it guys!

First let me say that I'm new to Shopify as well as Envato. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of devs seems to offer deals to people that give them 5 stars. So... The star ratings here may be inflated.With that said, I will say that 100% my review is based on my experience with HaloThemes and they didn't do anything more than offer a great theme and amazing support to earn this review.I'm in the process of making quite a lot of changes to Blackdeers theme. I picked it because it seemed to offer a good platform with key features (sticky mega menu, etc.) that I really wanted.I've been pestering them often with a lot of questions about what css does what, etc. when I run into a block. And every time, they not only respond, but just today actually sent me a screen capture video of how to make the change!So, while I think they are in Vietnam, thus there's a time and language barrier to the US, I'm astounded at the level of service and support they offer. Especially for the price! I've spent more on a dinner than I did for this theme and got worse service.Keep it up guys! I| look forward to working with you more in the future!

I've purchased this theme for my webshop and needed to customise it so that the colour scheme of the theme harmonises with the colour scheme of my brand. The support team help me to do that and provided support when I had customisation questions or issues. I highly recommend the theme to anybody to use on their website.

As a new user of Shopify and Themes, the customer support has been amazing. They have answered my questions and also helped with some custom tweaks to the design.

The customer support team is on top of your needs for your store. Also includes convenient screenshots when replying to your queries, which helps to clarify the descriptions or fixes. The theme itself has been a convenient and easy way for my first foray into online sales as well.

It took me 3 days trying to download this theme only to keep getting network failure from the downloads around half the way through 750mb zip file. Customer support is terrible just keep getting the same response even though I have told them 3 times I have followed the process. I am not stupid I can download a theme I have done this many times before. I have now requested a refund and been told it may take another 3 days for them to look into ti. Why I cannot use it i cannot download it and that means it has taken them nearly 6 days and I am still nowhere. Rubbish.

This shopify theme is absolutely perfect for my type of ecommerce store! It definitely still needed some customizable edits, and the Halo Theme Support has helped me every step of the way. Their customer support is top-notch, and really deserves 5 stars (the theme is amazing too). They always have an answer to any of my questions, and respond usually the same day unless it's the weekends. Worth every penny, and I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who needs a 10/10 shopify theme.

I built my store for the first time with BlackDeers theme, The support is great, they answered all my questions and guided me to get the result I want. I will purchase more themes from them in the near future, maybe Ella or Decortica, all their themes are very beautiful. Highly recommend.
