This theme is excellent, easy to use and resourceful. They won my five stars when I needed some support with plugins and installation. Their reply was quick and kind.

Hello I have trouble with using the theme because after I installed and activated the theme, there is no “Pearl” in the Wordpress Dashboard. It simply doesn´t show up. I deinstalled the theme and reinstalled it multiple times, also installed the plug ins, no change. Please Help! (Using Wordpress 5.7 currently)

Are you guys going to release an update? Hasn’t been one for 2 years and now my in theme WPBakery plugin is out of date and has a known security vulnerability that caused our site to get hacked!

Hi there, I have found an issue with the accordions on this theme on Google Chrome. Hello, I can’t update WPBakery Page Builder in my “Pearl Antarctica”.You have indicated that this is included in the payment, bat the plugin doesn’t work.

I purchased this theme a few hours ago, and so far I am very disappointed in the flexibility and functionality of this theme. 1) There is no way to change the main color, without going into CSS. If you don't know how, you're stuck with the blue. 2) If you switch between editors, expect your code and page formatting to get destroyed. 3) If you put margins on a full-width page, and get it to look "normal" on a laptop, be prepared for the mobile formatting to look like a homespun website (the thing you're trying to avoid by purchasing a template to customize).4) When I uploaded the new site, all my blog images were shrunk down in size, to the point they look awkward and amateurish - with no "obvious" way to restore them (and believe me, I've tried). 5) Customization is very limited... so, if you're hoping to turn this into a masterpiece, unless your a designer, good luck. 6) While I left a support ticket, I see no obvious way to follow up. I also want to add that this review is coming from someone who has built at least 30 websites using wordpress themes from Themeforest. This has to be one of the more disappointing ones I've purchased.

Overall this is a good theme. I have reached out to support to get around the issues that I had, and support has been responsive and helpful. I have also been told that the next version will offer more flexibility, which I look forward to.
