a few days ago we started having problems with the footer. When trying to edit it and hit save, we go to a blank page and nothing else happens.
All posts and pages are getting saved ok.
tried to open a new ticket at the support page but it doesnt work

The worst template I have ever worked with. Full of all kind of bugs: many design flaws, compatibility errors (for example, theme is messing up Woocommerce product images) and so on. Also theme is very heavy for server, so that page loading takes almost eternity.
I would give 0 star rating if it was possible.
