I cannot find how to change the text (or link) for the button in the top bar. I only need to replace the button with a shortcode, but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried changing the header template, but it will not save (or publish).

Really disappointed. Even after demo import i did not get what the demo shows. Wasted hours trying to figure. Even after you have paid, where to go to ask questions is a problem.
You offer 6 months support. Where do I even access the crappy support. You expect me to reads tones of text to access support? HOOOWWW?????
Can I get my money back?
