nice theme, but install problems and errors, old java script, import demo data problem, not helpfull support…. I need to pay extra cost to my programer…. not nice

I installed the theme and it’s working fine.
But when I tried to import the Demo content it’s giving me the error with the message: The XML file containing the dummy content is not available or could not be read .. You might want to try to set the file permission to chmod 755.
If this doesn’t work please use the WordPress importer and import the XML file (should be located in your documentation.zip: Extras Folder) manually
Please help me regarding this so I can import the demo contests.

When I changing the phone number of the header I press the save button and it does not run, you could tell me what to do.

Can no longer save changes in Theme Options. I would like someone to respond as we’ve had multiple conversations via the ticket and was told it could be fixed, and then no response. I need to be able to make changes ASAP.

Hello, the site responds with almost all options in wordpress version 5.4.4. The function that is not responding is sticky header. i opened ticket no 2692217. Please resolve it or tell us what to do. Thank you

I bought the template and installed it according to the manual Firts setting is working but now that I want to change the logo it doesn’t let me when I select the upload button it does nothing, additionally when changing the email address of the header I press the save button and it does not run, you could tell me what to do thanks
