I am using StartNg theme for more than 3 months for my commercial application.
The theme works wonders and has almost all the functionality i want and moreover it allows to integrate all the third party components i wish to use.
Another remarkable thing is the support which is simply awesome.I have always been helped the very next minute whenever i have raised an issue.

This is a really nicely coded, complete Angular 4 + Bootstrap 4 starter project. It based on Angular CLI (which is good), but it's fully & cleanly set up with a really well chosen set of fonts, layouts and 3rd party components which you can use to build a really nice admin site.
