I have purchased your theme today, but have problems with the Slider Revolution. I have read answers to similar questions here, but still don’t succeed.
I have installed and activated the plugin. Then I click on “Slider Revolution”. If I understand correctly I then have to click on “import”. I only find “manual import”, so I click on that. When I then select the “revslider.zip” folder from my downloaded files, it says “slider_export.txt does not exist”.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi. Is it possible to disable the 4 dots that indicate that the page is loading? This gives the appearance that the web is very slow.

Hi Mikado-Themes,
Please update your theme with the last revolution slider (Update Slider Revolution to version 6.2.18). This is because there are some bugs with WP 5.5 and the older versions of Revolutions slider.

I seem to have problems with my WP Bakery plugin.
The Mikado Core plugin should be up to date and I have only downloaded and installed the theme a few days ago, so since you haven’t had a theme update since then, all of that should be up to date as well.
However, I am not able to update my WP Bakery plugin. It’s either asking for me to activate it or when I click on the “Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?” link, it only brings me to an Error 522 page.
What can I do?

I am have two issues with the theme’
1) Portfolio Single Gallery: I am trying to make my single portfolio pages like ‘Portfolio single gallery in the demo’ but it’s not showing like that . But when I select the single gallery settings it’s displaying like small images which is not like the demo at all.
2) The ‘Mikado client boxed item’ are not showing at all at the bottom of the About Me page. It’s displaying blank white space.
What the solution for this?

There is something wrong with header menu navigation style(https://pinata.qodeinteractive.com/vertical-split-slider/).It is not same as the one we purchased earlier. we prefer earlier design.

I have bought this beautiful theme to create my own personal blog.
You have indicated that the images are not included in the theme. This is clear so far, but how about the colorful backgrounds and floating elements that are used in the slider revolution? Can I use them for free?

Hi, I’m concerned that the Piñata theme hasn’t been updated in a year since I bought it. I like the look of this theme but this update situation has pushed me to go and change it to another one to continue receiving update support for the theme as well as included plugins such as Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder. Has this theme has been abandoned?
