HI, I am having issues with adding media to portfolio page. IT says “There Has Been A Critical Error On Your Website” at the botom of a portoflio page in wp-admin after dong demo import it gives me this error code [ERROR] Failed to import “%d0%be%d0%b1%d0%be%d0%b8-%d0%b4%d0%bb%d1%8f-%d1%81%d1%82%d0%be%d0%bb%d0%b0-20-hd-%d0%bc%d0%b8%d0%bd%d0%b8%d0%bc%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%b8%d0%b7%d0%bc-%d0%bf%d0%b5%d1%81%d0%be%d1%87%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%86%d0%b0-622” (Media) could you help me with this

Hello crazycafe-Team, I just bought the light WP Theme. WP always says that I have to install the WPBakery Plugin. I did that but now they want me to buy the Premium version. Do I the Premium version of WPBakery or did I something wrong? Greetings from Germany Simon

I cant edit demo content because everything is messy.

Dear crazy barista, i would like to know where can i change the text “All” for the project categories filter? All new categories i can name it as i like ( or rename the old ones ) except the “All”. Kind regards Ben

Hello! First of all, want to congratulate for this awesome theme. It’s everything i need. However, it seems to be some kind of trouble, concerning the plugins. Since the theme is already a few years old. Concerning the WPBakery Page builder i have a warning, since not only i can’t update, but it seems like there’s a problema with the licence, maybe? Also, in the “projects” tab, when i try to change to projects already created in order to place my own imagens, not only the images from the project are missing, in the “Project images” tab, it shows that there’s a critical error. From what i’ve been messing around, it might be the need to update the plugins. Don’t know if you have the chance to check it. thank you in advance! Mauro

I am having serious errors with the One Click Demo import. I followed these instructions: “Go to your Admin (area where did you install core wordpress), Appearance, Themes and click Add New. Then click Upload. Then you will see button Choose, click it and choose zip archive light-crazycafe.zip. Then click on button Install Now.” After the install button was clicked, I got a MASSIVE number of “failed to import” errors. It looks like 50 or 60 files. Here are a few examples: [ERROR] Failed to import “T_1_back” (Media) [ERROR] Failed to import “cd_2_flat” (Media) [ERROR] Failed to import “blog-banner” (Media) And the list goes on and on. I followed the instructions exactly as they were written in the PDF. I uploaded the “light-crazycafe.zip” file under “add new theme”. Please advise. Also, if I cannot get this resolved in the next 5 days, what is the refund policy? I don’t have time for excessive troubleshooting.
