Hi, question does this support ical from OTA so that there will be no overlapping of booking?

I am needing help with a custom plugin that you guys created for me a few of years ago…I renewed my support for another 6 months but it isn’t showing up on your website that I renewed support. I need to create a ticket so you can take a look at the custom booking plugin …there is css overlapping the date picker and its hiding the dates so no one can actually see the date selected. This needs to be fixed please. I don’t know how long this has been like this…I just noticed it this morning. I updated the theme and thats probably the issue or the code has changed for the icons because this is whats showing in the date picker slots instead of the date selected: < i class=”fa fa-calendar-o” aria-hidden=”true” > < /i > – this is showing in both of the drop down date picker boxes (without the spaces)

Hi, I want to buy this theme immediately, but I have a question , is there is fees applicable per week? Example: cleaning fees 10$ per week , So if the user book 2 weeks then the Cleaning fees is 10*2=20$ Please answer me..

The theme has worked very well for me and in a few cases I needed help getting the features to work correctly.The support is so good, they (with your permission) will make changes directly to your site and then explain what they've changed.I'm very happy with this theme and would use it again on my next project.

I think this is one of the very few wordpress themes that actually has good booking and room management. Other themes that advertise hotel management just have simple contact inquiry forms. Sure, i have found several bugs, but so far the support has been very good and they have fixed them. They respond usually in 24 hours unless it is over the weekend. But i think it is continually getting better, so very pleased with this so far. It is going to be great for a small local hotel customer of mine. Thank you

I can’t import the demo themes. I get 504 gateway time-out error. I’m w/ godaddy and my host meets the server requirements. Please help!

I found support for this theme was excellent, i would suggest that there needs to be video training for the theme I am not a techy and found it hard to detremine whether to use Woocommerce or not and finding and selecting certain pages and settings. This maybe down to my lack of experience but have used several website drag and drop page /site builders. Still give it a 5 star as it does what it says on tin as they say. First of all, i really really do love this layout and design.. and i want to keep it badly, however there are some major bugs.The most recent happens whenever i use the "customize" tab to replace the mobile logo to my logo. Doing that breaks the CSS for the site and it gets lost. I have had to restore 3 times because of this.Support was not much help on this and has not found a solution.

If the theme is proposing a lot of features usefull or not, the BOOKING SYSTEM is ABSOLUTELY USELESS for bnb business like we plan to run.We CAN NOT have room prices based on its occupancy !!!One another issue, this theme has too many plugins and the customization based on child theme is not simple.The documentation is very poor.We regret our time and money spent to get a bnb site working.

Great theme and responsive developer. They fixed the bugs we found very quickly. I was going to give it 4-star as I think these bugs should have been found by the developer and not us.I think that would have been very harsh as everything else is great. Plus the fact they fixed and released new versions so quickly is very encouraging.Developer was also very friendly and gracious.

Have had a few issues due to problems with my former host. Thimpress came to the rescue and got us up and running again fast. An unexpected level of service for such a low priced theme. Top notch.

Preorder problem. Can you fix this ? When i CHECK AVAILABILITY and i Select the Room i whant the extra options (page…) not showing, only if i go to Room, click Book Now, Select Date…. I whant to see witch is much better for me, LuxStay or Sailing Than kyou.

Good software - only limitation is lack of built-in third party channel management integration, but the Theme itself is awesome, and the customer support is first class - very highly recommended!! :-)
