Hey. Beautiful theme! I only have one query, where is the portfolio item ID located for single portfolio items? For example the portfolio items on your homepage are each assigned an individual ID number, and I can’t add a new one without knowing what that number is, but i can’t find it anywhere! Any ideas?

I love the theme and I would like to buy it, but I see that there is a problem with the fonts, that they don’t look sharp. At least in the body text. That could be solved? It’s a suggestion, thank you.

Please can you help: there is no option to activate this theme license in the theme dashboard as per this https://nkdev.info/docs/wordpress-themes-basic/theme-license/ – I have manually updated the theme via FTP but I cannot update WP Bakery. What can I do? Thanks so much!

Pre purchase question:
Has this theme the option of having single projects as password protected? I’m looking for a theme that allows this, as I encountered already quite a few that only allow for pages and post.

Hi. I’m trying to update to Latest Version: 1.2.0 but continue to get error: “Download link could not be retrieved”. Currently can’t upload any images to the media library or update other WP plugins. Please help, thanks.

BUG REPORT – After the last Theme update (1.4.0) Visual Portfolio Layouts using the “Fly” Item Style with Item Click Action “URL” are getting stuck in Safari and Firefox browsers. Example: https://pretty-amazing.com/portfolio/ click any item, click back, notice how the item you clicked is stuck in the mouseover state.

If you have multiple Portfolio Layouts when you click on “Next Work” or “Previous Work” it does not regard the category or layout you were in. Is it possible to make those links respect layout or category taxonomies?

nK images carousel appears to break if you only give it 1 image. OnClick Popup doesn’t load the image in a modal with controls, and Style 3 crops the image instead of fitting it. If you give it 2 or more images it works very nicely. It would be preferable if you could also give it just 1 image, so that you could have a consistent experience viewing images throughout a site.

Hey there, I’m trying to download your latest update, but it doesn’t seem possible, as I always get error notifications saying: “Please reactivate theme” “Download could not be retrieved” … But in my dashboard, the theme is “active”. I’m clueless. :cry: Thanks in advance & warm regards, Zena

This blog style displays very differently in Firefox compared to Chrome, Safari, Edge, or IE. Any idea why it cuts off so much of the image in Firefox and if that is fixable?

Seems like activation data is broken. Try to deactivate and then activate the theme again in the theme Dashboard.

Hi, I have a problem with the logo image. I put an image (.png and .jpg 286×71 px) but it doesn’t show up in the header. Also I’m using the 1.1.9 version of the theme and when I update it to the last version, I lose all my layout and images..
Can anyone help me please?
