I selected other, because many things go into my decision for giving this product all 5 stars. I originally started with a different theme from a different developer, and had a negative experience. There were so many issues with set up and bugs and when I needed support, I was forwarded to a knowledgebase and lack of response from the developer. Finally, instead of answering my problems, the developer simply returned my money without explanation. I was devastated and didn't think I'd find another a theme that would be perfect, until I discovered iAcademy from Mikado. From the beginning it was easy to use and intuitive enough for me to figure out a lot of my questions. They also provided an excellent Comment section and ticket support system that responded in a timely manner. So, I rate 5 stars based on design quality, feature availability, customer support, and flexibility. Are there things that could be better, sure, but after the horrible experience I had with another developer and theme, this experience is by far the best!

Will this theme suite offline courses, my client is providing multiple cources in dfferent part of cities, both offline and online course, but the price need not to be shown in website, also no one will make online purchase, so is there option to remove price and instead connect contact form to button

They ask that you choose a reason for 5-star rating, but this theme is all of them. Excellent documentation, robust admin tools and theme options, more-than-needed dummy data including prebuilt sliders, and they have completely built out all of the feature elements in Visual Composer, so it's simple drag and drop. This is the easiest theme I've ever worked with out of the box. It also looks great and will put a professional face on our new real estate school. I wish every developer put this kind of time and thought into their theme. Customer service has been prompt and polite.

My client is using this theme for their website, and he wants to be able to start the user on the Curriculum tab on the course when they go to it within the LMS. Is there a way to set which tab is open first?

Hi, I love your iAcademy theme but it’s been over 3 months since this theme has been updated. I understand you’re working on many other themes in your portfolio but your iAcademy theme is way past over due to be updated. I haven’t been able to update my woocommerce plugin which came standard with your theme because I’ve been waiting for your team to update iAcademy. Also, I think it’s miss leading to new buyers to claim that this theme was “Last Update: 27 January 21” when your “Change Log has the current Version 1.6.1 – dated at October 22nd, 2020. I’ve been very patient. You have a very nice theme and you respond to comments quickly but I wish I could say the same for your development team. The iAcademy theme has been ignored and is no longer a priority. The discrepancy between what you claim your last update to be (01/27/2021) and what your change log says (10/22/2020) is also concerning. Because of this, I would not recommend this theme to anyone. I sincerely hope your team makes the iAcademy theme a priority again and addresses the dates discrepancies on the theme home page so I can once again feel comfortable to recommend your iAcademy theme.
