I bought this theme almost 1 week ago, and I have not been able to upload the demo content. Submitted several tickets and the developer hasn’t still replied. Please is this theme still being supported? Or should I ask for a refund? Kindly reply

Theme looks good but it is impossible to reach the team in order to fix the issues you might have. I had to hire someone on Fiverr: 6 days without a reply on the customer chat... Back to 3 years ago, everything was really great when I first bought a theme. What happened to you guys?
