I purchased this theme a couple week later ago and I’ve been loving it! It is customizable and if you know some code you can edit the theme to your liking. The support has been amazing as well, if you reach out to them via email, they will really help you out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Hey,
What is the refund policy if any? I recently purchased another theme on Theme Forest that I though had the functionality I wanted, and turns out it didn’t, so I ended up losing whatever the theme costs.
This theme looks promising and looks like it has a lot of the functionality that I’m looking for, so I am considering purchasing the theme.

In the preview of Max Slide 01, it appears that when you scroll down, the page and footer aren’t full-width. You’re able to scroll to the side and see white space on the right side. Is this something that exists in the actual product?

Just purchased the theme. Is there a functionality to make a Vendor/Brand page? Where we can list some sort of bio for the Vendor/Brand as it is really needed in the stores these days.

Hi there, I see the product images are all rectangular. what happens if I only used square product images? will it still look good?
also, will i need to resize images or does it do it automatically?

We’ve emailed you 3 times now, last time being almost a week ago and we still don’t have a response. And we’ve sent a comment through this Envato channel as well. This is especially disappointing since we paid for 12 mo of extended support. So at this point terrible service, and wouldn’t recommend!!
