template didn't work right. documentation flawed. service awful. inappropriate content found by client in the template. Total nightmare. Worst product ever purchased.

Many thanks for a great site. The client I’ve used the site for is very happy but has noticed that the black left Menu panel is open when he views on his laptop using IE11. The close button won’t even close it, so you only see half the site. Any suggestions? It seem’s okay in all other major browser’s.

Can’t even open the documentation. I get an error of “JavaScript exception: Error calling selector function: SecurityError: Failed to read the ‘rules’ property from ‘CSSStyleSheet’: Cannot access rules” whenever I try to open the user manual I’d love to use the template, but if I can’t even read the documentation, it’s nearly useless.

I have sent an email, but am trying here as well as I have a tight deadline. I have tried to copy and past the three team member photos for a team of six. Whenever I roll over the image 1, the image right below it, image 4 also has the rollover action performed and vice versa. When I roll over image 2, image 5 has the same problem. Is there a way to copy and paste the images so that they each have their own functionality. Or is there a way to disable this somehow? Thanks, Alex

To anyone who has issues opening the support documentation “index.html” file, try using another browser. I use Chrome on Windows and had issues. I opened the documentation with Microsoft Edge and it worked fine. Just spreading a little knowledge to help others who may run into this issue.

Is this normal that the ” MOVE for Muse” widget doesn’t work anymore? And you have to buy $20?
