Dear ThemeWisdom Team. I have switched from the html version of the convertible theme to the Wordpress version. Plan is to migrate a site from an outdated CMS to Wordpress. Unfortunately I have to add a field to the members section and do not find a smart way to do that. Another issue I have is that I do not have an Whats App account and I am not planning to create one just for one support ticket. Is there another way to ask for support and provide details?

Hi,
When I have updated the WP Bakery Visual Composer plugin, my website is showing http 500 error. I have purchased the license from WP Bakery and I contacted their support team for the same.
They have informed me that “The issue is because the theme at your end is modifying the page builder plugin. As the theme is not updated for over an year, the customisation code which is used by the theme author is not compatible with the plugin which in-turn is leading to the issue.
You can get in touch with the theme author, so that he can update the customisation code which is used in the theme, to prevent such an issue.”
Please help me with the same
