After using this for 2 months I'm pretty disappointed. The widgets, pages and FuelThemes widgets do not work together well. For example, there's no where for me to customize the widgets on my articles page - the most important page to have customized. WTF. Second, if I update the theme, it deletes some of my stuff. Like my embedded google ads. Kind of need those guys. Third, when I uploaded a theme (right after purchasing) it literally uploaded hundreds of it's own photos, articles, comments. I just wanted the layout. Spending hours deleting all that crap is frustrating. If I would have known that I would not have uploaded a theme.

After every update my entire site would die and be riddled with errors. If your support expires then you really are screwed. It's a pretty looking theme but it's slow and horribly unreliable. My web designer has created a theme from scratch to look like this theme, the difference: It's a breeze to work with and does break upon every update.

I really like the design of this theme but I'm starting to think that the developer does something to mess it up as soon as your support is expired so you have to purchase it again. The last time my support expired I had a major issue with my site and my support JUST expired and now I'm having another one. It's really making me think that I should change the theme because I've already paid $60 for the theme $30 for additional support for 6 months and now another $30 for additional support for 6 months. A total of $120!!! That is not acceptable. Every time I turn around something happens with this theme. Things disappear and are a tad bit buggy. It's annoying!

THEY SELL PRODUCTS WITH BUGS AND REFUSE TO HELP YOU TO FUX THEY'RE MISTAKE. WITH EVERY NEW UPDATE THE SCREW EVERYTHING THAT THEY WORK BEFORE. JUST DONT BUY THERE PRIDUCTS ITS A TRAP. YOU CAN BUY OTHER PRODUCT THAT WORKS AND YOU GET PROFESIONAL SUPPORT. THIS IS DISASTER....

Without doubt the best template I have ever purchased. There are no limits, it's a super flexible, highly customisable template that has a slick design on all devices. The functionality is outstanding and support is very impressive. Would thoroughly recommend. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Came to amend my previous, rather harsh review. It's a solid theme with a lot of options and great customizability. It's pretty perfect for all of the things I'm trying to showcase.

The Voux - A Comprehensive Magazine Theme - Simple want go???!!! When I activate this theme ... It's freezing everything ... all web site

The category page does not work properly in any older version of safari. Only if your website visitor has the latest version of safari , can he/she view the category page without the content going hay wire.

i paid for it and was not given access to the theme to use on my site and there is no option for a refund. Their team did not respond to my support tickets.

As I stated in my other review (and i can't figure out how to change it), I was frustrated because the theme did not work "right out of the box' after I uploaded it, following all the directions. It turns out the problem was php/theme related, yet Ant took care of the issue and now I can see the blog and actually edit/create new posts. This theme is so awesome in terms of its typography and layout and menus and I am looking forward to using it for my site.

This theme is extremely slow with several bugs. In all my years of coding and utilizing Wordpress themes, I've never experienced this much difficulty with installation of a new theme.

...Not removable notifications on new version-upgrade and some bugs with plugins (like justidified image viewer).

They update the theme and some times it is broken! Not a good theme if you want to rely on their updates or if you want to customize it. I have yet to have a issue free upgrade of the theme.

So many bugs, some unsolvable, messing everything with every update. Loved the design, but it makes it impossible to keep up with fixing everything. If this theme was directed to developers only, i guess it would be great, but if you are not a web expert, it makes it so difficult to keep up with everything that needs fixing. And if you have to pay for support every six months, or pay a developer to keep things tidy, then i don't know if it's worth it to keep this theme anymore.

The customer support of FuelThemes is simply amazing! They have helped me answer all my questions (which were quite a lot so far ;)) and provided solutions for everything and in a timely manner.The Voux theme itself is really nice and highly customizable. The theme works perfect in both Safari and Chrome and looks great on mobile as well. Another thing I really like is that it loads very quickly!I want to thank FuelThemes for this awesome theme and keep up the great work with customer support! I highly recommend buying it!

A very low quality documentation. You wont find most of the answers looking for on the documentation.

One of the features elements, "posts sliders" is not working and there's no solution for now. Posts slider look, was the reason to buy the theme

I absolutely LOVE this theme. The development team has created various themes that allow for true design flexibility, which I love! Also, the support team are amazing! They are responsive and thorough when assisting with questions! I would highly recommend this theme as well as this developer!

Beautiful looking theme but documentation is lacking and not able to setup a local development version due to licensing restrictions.

So far one of the best supports I had on a theme. The design is beautiful and they keep on working hard to improve things. I still have some things I would love to see in this theme in order to give it a shiny 5 star, lets see how the new versions keep on coming!

The Voux is an incredible layout for websites. Top notch and the only layout I keep coming back to due to its quality.

Pretty good theme. Good support. The only thing I see lacking is an understanding of the short codes. The documentation doesn't list them or talk much about them.

Good theme, but if you're like me, having a lot of article with a featured image at the top, you will have open every single article and change the format from standard to image. I honestly don't understand why the developers choose to do that. Customer support only said that I would have to hire a developer to change this. well, thanks

I bought it yesterday and i've spend all night descovering it, i just love the theme, the settings are easy to understand, and the design has a lot of options!

I am writing a second review because i am so incredibly frustrated with this product and the support team. Let me be clear. VARIABLE PRODUCTS IN WOOCOMMECE DO NOT WORK!The support team and author have again and again stated that they work. They do not. I have submitted ticket after ticket that they responded to without reviewing the issue. I have set up examples of variable products and sent the examples to the support team. They reviewed and claimed that they worked. Even though the examples clearly demonstrated them not working. It was incredibly frustrating. I believe the issue is that no one at the Fuel Themes even know what variable products are and how they work, so let me educate you. Variable products allow users to select product variations (size color, etc). After the variations are selected a new product image and price should appear. If the Fuel Themes team believes their template does this (as they have stated) I challenge them to setup a single example demonstrating this.

It is way too slow comparing to the previous theme so the results at Google Page Speed Insight have dropped and also, one week after implementation of this theme, I can see 5K UU less every day so far.

Beautiful theme that works wonderfully, EXCEPT 1 MAJOR ISSUE:If you use their demos (I was using style 4) and put the demo URL in GT Metrix, their "serve scaled images" is get an F rating, an in turn gives their entire site a very low score. My website has an F according to GT Metrix because of this ONE issue. All the other areas of my site I was able to get ratings in the 90's, but because of this one issue my entire site gets a failing score on GT Metrix. I'm not sure how long GT Metrix will save this report, but you can see The Voux's score of their demo here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/thevoux.fuelthemes.net/iwXgq74gI contacted support and went back and forth many times. They started by telling me I needed to optimize my images - which had already been optimized and were not related to the problem I was describing at all. The best solution they came up with was to use JetPack's "image performance" solution. Unfortunately using this solution causes other issues with site performance, specifically adding "query strings from static resources." This solution also causes my site to fail.If you are not concerned with SEO or page load time, then this shouldn't be an issue. But considering this is a magazine theme, I'm assuming most people would be concerned with this issue.I even had a very experienced developer look into my site to see if he could come up with any solutions, but the solution would involve reconstructing the theme, which would be more expensive than simply purchasing a new theme. We were however able to solve a few of the images served, but again this required having an experienced developer work on my site.Although the theme is beautiful, this single issue is a large enough issue that I would not purchase the theme again. I might suggest the ColorMag theme, which originally had this same issue but has since been solved.

That Them looks so professional und is very flexible. Perfekt for Beauty-Blogs and Fashion- Magazin. The only Problem: it is not really fast!
