Just bought this theme, which is a second one from Roar in 2 days. The reason for buying is that the level of support gave me the confidence to get a 2nd theme. The main reason for my 5-star rating is not just the excellent customer support but for this theme, everything is good. Contrary to what the other guy said below, this theme is way better than most of the other themes I have been trying over the past 5 days. The only one that came close was Eva, also from Roar themes. Just a note to all other customers, that Scott is also human and has to rest. So don't expect quick turnaround when he is zzz but when he wakes up, the speed of support is superb. But I have to say I don't have much issues with Unero so far.

This is a great clean theme. There were a few things we needed customized right out of the box, but the customer care made these changes a breeze. I can't stress enough how good the customer care has been for this theme and to us this is always the most valuable aspect of any theme if you're not much of a coder.

I've been looking for the right theme for my store for a long time. This one is suitable for me because I value minimalism. A wide range of possibilities when it comes to modifications and all kinds of changes. Really fast and competent support, and not so expensive when it comes to the price of custom changes. If you find a bug, they will fix it very quickly! I really recommend it if you're looking for the best minimalistic theme.

Best value for money BY FAR! I seriously can't believe this theme is only 40 bucks. This feels and looks like $180 premium theme. I'm expecting a catch lol..This is also the 1st time i'm ever trying to build a website by myself and i'm completely code illiterate, but every question I have get a detailed answer in a few hours. Awesome support which for me is the most important thing. Good luck with future sales. You deserve them.

I am unable to edit my theme in shopify. When I try to customize the theme it tells me that SCSS is depreciated and it needs to be converted to CSS. nothing will load. The following error was found in assets/my-css.scss.liquid Issue detected: stylesheet took too long to compile. Update theme code to decrease compilation time. Contact your theme’s support team to fix this error.

I am one of the ecommerce owner runs online vape store with Shopify.I tried so many different themes. I purchased Porto, Sarahmarket, Yourstore, Unero, Fastor and many other wordpress themes. I wasted quite a money to find out what themes I really want because I am quite fussy. Every themes got their own advantages and disadvantages and you will have your own preferences so it is really hard to say which theme is the best for you. You need to find the most suitable one for you.Unero was my 4th trial for shopify themes. I was happy with its customizability, clean and minimal style which is above average. I recommend these guys not because their theme is the No.1 theme in themeforest. I recommend them because of their super customer support. When I posted a question(as usual not too much expectation that I will get answer quickly), I got the answer in less than 30 min. I even purchase support extension for another theme (Your Sxxxx theme) and I got no reply for my questions. I felt like I was just totally ignored which was true. If you know 1000% what to do and don't need a support? then you can literally buy whatever you want. But most of us here, we mostly constantly need a support to change details, fonts, colors, some errors that you couldn't figure out.I asked like 30-40 questions so far and everytime(even a stupid little questions), they always reply with the solution and suggestions.TBH whatever themes you use, it won't be very much different because of shopify's limitations if you don't understand html, css, javascript. But if you ever experienced that you got stuck so many times and no one really helps around, you will understand what I mean. I am no affiliated to their business. But I want to give this information because no one does a customer support like these guys on themeforest. Try their theme and customer support!!! You will never want to look for more just like me.

I chose this theme after lots of searching for a flexible minimal theme to work with that was going to match well with an existing Wordpress theme. This ticked all the boxes. I was new to Shopify customisation but the team here have been great in the support I've received, Scott has been great to work with and the way the theme is set up is everything has been thought out, there is lots of options to change and edit the theme to ones liking. Really happy how my site is looking and I just need to start adding products in and get selling. Overall I'm really glad I chose this theme as few themes look this unique and as flexible.

Fantastic support by Scott. Always ready to help for any kind of errors. I'm a proper novice with zero tech knowledge. But the entire installation & customisation was a very smooth process. Theme is also heavily customisable and lot of templates available to suit our needs.

I own two Theme from This developer Team and the support is INCREDIBLE you will never find someone has helpfull has Scott!! he replies sometimes in minutes! and will always help you.With that said, the theme itself is awesome, a lot of flexibility and definitely what most people need, the header is perfect for mobile, the product page is tight and includes all the info you need with nice swatches. Overall all this theme is wonderful and the price is simply incredible!

I choose Unero theme from others for the pure and clean design and features version 1.0 provided. At the beginning, until I understood how configuration works, I thought OMG, I will not manage to understand it! But when you break the ice in your head with the brilliant Scott N support and documentation provided, you realize that this theme is amazing and has all features you need for your e-commerce store! This is easy to manage, configure, change and update theme! And version 2.0 update is just amazing. Hi, I tried to install the latest version of the theme however it says the file is over 50mb. I compressed a smaller version of the file but it still won’t upload the theme into Shopify. Please help!

Theme isn't all that great. It's not that versatile and is a bit difficult to use and doesn't have as much customization.

Unero is an amazing theme, there are a lot of features which support selling quickly. The user never needs to wonder where the buy button is ( as if it follows you through out the shopping experience). Many bugs. Products wont show on this theme, I get a 404 error. No response from support so far. Very dissapointed.
