How do you upgrade the theme i,e from 2.0 to 2.1 – can’t find a way to do this through WP admin?

Hi there, I think there’s a little bug. I have just updated Wordpress (5.7.2.) and the theme to the last version and everything went OK, BUT, when updating the plugin “Slider Revolution” (from 6.0.2. to 6.4.6.), the dashboard “pages” and “posts” had their tables misaligned. I’ve rolled back the revslider update and evrything is OK again. I think the problem is in a CSS code at “tp-color-picker.css – Color Picker Plugin for Revolution Slider”, line 1628. .clearfix::before, .clearfix::after { content: " "; display: table; <<<<<<< HERE** } ...which inserts a space before the ‘th class=”check-column”...’ Hope it helps, and hope you can give a solution in order to update the revslider plugin to its last version. Faultless install and demo content implementation. A brilliant theme that does exactly what we need. The translation tool, although it hasn't been updated in a long time works really well. No issues whatsoever. In fact, it really couldn't be simpler to use. Support is excellent. Dependent on time-zone, you may wait a day or so, but they always have the answer. Great!

Got your theme through my brother in UK, noticed that some of the plugins were not available on Wordpress plugin database? CMSSuperheroes, EF3 Import and Export, EF3-Framework, Visual Composer, ZoDonations and zkCharixyEmail Also, one time demo installation wasn’t found in the specified link. Kindly assist. I am trying to Register on the support portal and create a ticket but the reCaptcha is not working correctly. I pass the verification and get a check mark but the form doesn’t process and says the reCaptcha failed. My issue is the stick menu is not working correctly neither is the custom styling for the Donate button.

Excellent support from the theme author! I probably sent 10 tickets (with several follow-up questions in each one) and the team patiently answered and helped me with all of them.I also asked for some customizations (I paid extra, but it was reasonable), which were completed in very little time.Turnaround time is usually within 24-48 hours.The theme is easy to use and very flexible. I love it!

I've just purchased the theme and I'm disappointed. There is no way of changing the /zkportfolio/ permalink easily. Well, it's easy to change the custom posttype in CPT UI plugin, but then you loose the project edition capabilities (image gallery, date, client, credits, etc) Can you imagine trying to configure your website to show "www.mywebsite.com/projects" and you are obliged to show "www.mywebsite.com/zkportfolio" ?? Well, you can change it, but you have to purchase the "Customization services" of the them author. Utterly disappointed with this.

with this topic is bad everything. On a site with demo data the version is not the one that is actually sold. Money do not want to return. Code with bugs and does not work. To make the minimum setting in the template you need to write to the support team. Bugs are trying to fix in the process. However, the topic is not better. I am not satisfied. As already said, no money is returned.

Any schedule for an update for this theme? I don’t want to have to rebuild my client’s website because we can’t update Wordpress until the theme is compatible.

Very slow and unresponsive customer support. Bugs abound in this theme, demo content doesn't produce the same result as the demo, pages turn up missing or blank, widgets included don't work well. Child themes for WooCommerce provided that override WooCommerce built-in themes mangle display, don't support multi-attribute products. Overall it's taken months to get this thing anywhere and there are still issues I'm dealing with; working with Zooka's support team is slow and they rarely respond.
