Cause it's easy to use, you can do so many changes in just few steps. You always have support from developers directly and it's effective. Simply amazing.

Do not buy! Unable to customise anything and the complex pages (that you bought it for) are not included in the template - they just appear on your site as links to their pages on the demo site! No Documentation explaining how to begin to edit or where things are. They just expect you to build everything in Bakery - so what is the point of a theme / template?!Waste of time and money. Avoid

​Hi, we are getting very slow loading times on this website now (our site has been live a few years). I’ve updated wordpress, the theme and plugins already but still the same, we are getting the loading rings for a long time after clicking on one of the jobs. Is there something else I can try? I saw in the comments that a few other people had this problem and maybe there is a fix for it? Thanks in advance

Almost every theme contains some bugs. But I expect at least a decent English speaking customer support. Every answer I got back I had to decipher and I still have no clue what they're saying. Lesson learned: before buying any theme, check the comments and look at the replies from custom support. Evaluate their level of helpfulness in terms of technical support and the ability to reply in normal English (without Google translate).

This theme is exactly what we expected (from the demo). We gave a bad review before because customer service stopped helping us at some point, but they showed up and they helped us until we had no questions left. Thank you and we are glad to change our review.

Most of the plugins are out dated and the code is very fragile. Has a lot of hard links in the theme which lead back to the demo instead of redirecting to the appropriate page on the site

Customer support was amazing for this theme. Help was available very quickly and was ready to help without delay. Would highly recommend CMSSuperHeros :)

I'd like to start with a big compliment. The template is really great and the design/features are amazing! Ive played around with it since buying it a few days ago and I am really suprized how nice it turned out to be. I spent an entire day comparing 20 different job board themes and this one really struck out with its design, features and price, as I didnt need to buy the extra WPJM plugin, which most themes require, and which costs 125$ extra. So a big thumbs up for this! However, i still wanted to ask if it would be possible to make the theme compatible with the Indeed publisher API in the next update? Ive seen that a few people have asked for it here and it really makes life easier by automatically importing jobs.To conclude: Definitely an amazing job board theme! Best you can get in terms of features/design/price combination!

There are clearly issues with the job board that your support "specialists" cannot offer ANY support with. I will be taking legal advice to get the service I have paid for either provided or refunded

Good day I was very keen on using your template. However it seems incredibly slow, and half the pages dont load and have to be refreshed. ( no I am not on a slow connection 100 meg line) I then tried to log in using your demo accounts and those also failed. Is there something wrong with the install. Or is your provider an issue. Please rectify and let me know so I can demo it properly.

Website is terrible. It won’t allow easy access for candidates to apply for jobs, the best part is WP Bakery which comes with it, but other than that it’s terrible. There is no info on how to contact them. I am a start up recruitment company and this is a terrible theme. £50 down the toilet would of got be better candidates

System requirements should be spelled out for the potential purchaser prior to applying. This would alleviate a lot of confusion.

In resolutions above 1920x1080 the layout doesn't display properly. I informed the developers of this over 5 months ago and it has yet to be fixed.

Very bad and overloaded customer support. The theme is ok, the search & result is buggy, the support won't help you for most your issue. The jobboard included plugin (free on github) hasn't been updated for over a year and won't be updated in the near future.

There have always been some small bugs but since WordPress version 5.2 the jobboard doesn't work anymore and you can't log in anymore because the WordPress login pages can't be opened ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS We downgraded to WordPress 5.1. ... Now it works again. This Theme had no Updates since 1 Year. That's too much in our opinion. Please make updates and fix, so we can change our review.

The theme looks nice but has bugs that cannot be resolved. I’ve purchased this theme for a customer who’s not satisfied due to poor support from your side. Very dissapointing and I would like you to refund the puchase amount.

Support is terriblem had a ticket open for weeks and only explanation is that the 404 from the site was due to me not approved any application which is ridiculous. Permalinks definitions other than the page-id just give a 404 in the candidate dashboard sub pages (Profile/Applications). Known issue as many people with the same bug in the support forum on theme forest. Also see what happens in the jobboard when you hide empty specialisms on the search widget when you have over 7 in use, breaks the page.

Ok, I'd say I was not a novice but not quite an expert at WordPress and IMO this is quite a complex theme and there's certainly room to improve it feature wise. Still it's only 6 months old as a theme and it's still being updated. That's about the only negative I can see. I cannot fault the customer service I've been getting from the team there. They are excellent communicators, reply usually within 24hrs, go the extra mile to find a solution and have helped me no end in figuring out the finer parts of how I could do things. I cannot praise them highly enough for their help and support.The theme is also very good, sure it's complex but this is a recruitment site, so it's never going to be that easy.All in all, well worth the money I spent, one of the better authors on Themeforest and an all round good investment.

Can it be set that people who are not logged in can see the employer’s logo in the job offer?
