Try to update to the latest version but only 1.06 is downloaded and not 1.2 as changelog. Cant save the General settings, NOT WORKING!! What must I do?
I see other comment have the same problem. Some six month ago.Why do you not make the solution available so we do not need to wait for feedback?

Support wasn't great to start with, but it improved after contacting the via Themeforest.The theme is OK - the header images in particular are decent; the dotted effect and the Ken Burns options are nice additions. Demo content is also good. Some the customisation is a bit more 'manual' than other premium themes. For example, if you want to select an icon you need to search an icon sheet and copy/paste the code, rather than selecting from an in-theme drop-down like many other themes. In built features such as the client boxes are a bit clunky to use, but they're OK once you get the hang of them.

I've used a number of different themes with varying degrees of quality. Soprano works really well with out requiring a ton of time just learning where everything is. Nice and simple but still full featured

This theme is the only affordable theme I could find anywhere that has helped me bring the vision I have for my website to fruition... and believe me, I've looked! The design is perfect for my graphic artist business and the flow of putting things together for the site is awesome as well. I have tried to use other themes, but they just never seem to provide my website with the professional feel I want to achieve. With Soprano, I have the design, ease, and feel of a website I feel completely comfortable with. LOVE IT!!

Hi there, a client purchased this template, but we are having trouble with setting up the pages. It seems all the pages have to be edited on one page, rather than having the different pages set up and pulled together into one page. This makes it a nightmare changing and removing pages. You can’t just unpublish a page and have it disappear, you have to delete the entire section from the single page which has various pages within it. This also makes it very difficult to switch between header styles as you have to copy all the code from one page to another.
I have emailed a number of times with no reply. Is this how the theme was designed to be built?

Hi!
May I know what presets can I enter in WP Page Builder when I upload an image?
The prompt for the input is this ‘Enter image size (Example: “thumbnail”, “medium”, “large”, “full” or other sizes defined by theme). Alternatively enter size in pixels (Example: 200×100 (Width x Height)).’
Right now, “thumbnail”, “medium”, “large”, “full” are not giving me the size I am hoping for.

My support has just expired, but I’ve got the same problem in that I can’t update the general options tab in the theme settings – the button doesn’t work. You did say it would be fixed in a new update, but that hasn’t been done yet. Can you tell me how you fixed it last time so I can apply it again?

Hi, I have purchased the soprano theme 1,5 years ago and I really happy about the design. Monday I was updating to the latest WP-version 5.6 – afterwards the demo-show of the frontend did not work properly or displayed just a blank site (site links, sliders , other features etc.). I had to downgrade Wordpress to version 5.3.2. Then every feature works again. That shows that the theme is not compatible with the new WP-version. Please could you provide with a real solution since using older WP-versions is not a long-term solution I guess . Looking forward to your reply. Best regards

Really happy with theme, particularly the support from PuzzleThemes support who came in post installation after some issues with installer and helped me install all aspects properly (including all media and content).
