I left the previous review for this product. My views on the product have changed. The underlying bug which I described below was addressed with a software update. Also, the support I received on the second go-round was exceptional. I am relieved to find out the company is taking support for this product seriously. The updates fully fixed my problem and included some other enhancements as well. Good job mototeam.

Bought it, installed it and I immediatly understood this is everything but user friendly. I had to study the documentation to make it work, still I had 403 errors when importing data.. After solving the 403 erros by my selft (support took 3 days to reply to request), all the images were not uploaded and the site was a mess.I soon understood this wasnt for me since I needed to quickly build a website. I asked for a refund a couple hours after download and support just told they wouldnt refund because envato says they're not obliged to that.Well, what works for you, might not work for me, and vice versa. I believe it was a matter of good sense since I will not be using they're plugin... Never!If you're looking for a rental theme that is friendly and with good support, look anywhere else, there's plenty that are better in many ways.I lost 40$ on this, hope you don't do the same.

Hello there! The Villagio theme is built using Hotel Booking plugin, which allows booking different types of properties on the website. However, it should be mentioned that there is no multi-vendor functionality in the plugin, so a single person gets access to all the properties on the website and there is a possibility to set up a single account for payments only.

I am disappointed so far. The demo importer will not import properly. I’ve tried manual as well as one click. Error after error. The block editor is jacked up as well. I’ve redone it on 2 different domains with same result. If I can’t get a quick fix I’d like a refund.

Hi, i had this theme for years but this year i am thinking of use it for my new project as a international accommodation agency for holiday. 1- Is this compatible with yoast seo? 2- Can i take a xml feed for villas as product for my Meta AdWords (Facebook,Instagram) and Google AdWords, etc ? 3- how can i find some videos and documents for setting up theme and customize theme ?

Nice system but the backend is a problem navigating. I do not want to learn a new system. I like Jupiter theme and the navigation.

I like the theme, but I had some issues with customisation. But in the end it ist working. Spend many hours to find out how I can cutomize it for me. But I am a wordpress newbee and maybe this also a reason for the problems.
